Eating disorders are believed to be from a result of a combination of biological vulnerability, environmental and social factors.
Remember having an eating disorder is nothing to be ashamed of, it is not your fault! You did not choose to have an eating disorder, however you have chosen to seek help with recovery and that takes bravery, courage, and strength! Which you should take pride in that knowledge!
Though hypnosis and suggestive therapy the first step is to recognise and accept the condition you have.
The therapy treatment program is between 6-8 sessions, we would cover focus on your fears and concerns of your own eating disorder. The program structure will be different for each client, each session is completely unique and tailored to you.
All clients receive weekly support during the 6-8 weeks as well as tools and tips.

Statistics suggest ‘one-third of all people who diet will end up on the eating disorder spectrum. While not all of these people develop clinical cases, however if left untreated they will experience lifelong anxieties and compulsions around food and weight gain.
The condition can develop into a clinical case at any point due to life stressors (anything from a cold to a break-up).
Over time, those with the condition will often slide up and down the spectrum, or express multiple facets of the spectrum at once (anorexia, restrict/reactive eating cycles, bulimia, orthorexia (extreme focus on healthy foods), and anorexia athletica (over-exercise)’.
