Live one-to-one sessions by video, from wherever you’re comfortable.
You don’t need to be in Berkshire to work with me. A good part of my practice is online, with clients across the UK and a few further afield, and the sessions run exactly as they do in the room — same length, same structure, same approach.
Same work, same therapist, no travel.
Some people choose online because it’s simply easier. Others choose it because getting to an appointment is part of the problem.
If you’re anywhere in the UK and there’s nobody local you want to work with, online removes the geography entirely. If your work runs to odd shifts, evenings or a rota that changes weekly, online is far easier to fit around than a fixed drive across town.
And for some people the travel itself is the obstacle. If leaving the house feels difficult at the moment, if driving is the thing you’re anxious about, or if what you want to talk about is something you’d rather not discuss anywhere near where you live, then being at home isn’t a compromise. It’s often the reason it finally happens.
It also works well when you simply want to keep it private. No waiting room, no car outside a clinic, nobody to run into.
“For some people the travel itself is the obstacle — and being at home isn’t a compromise. It’s often the reason it finally happens.”
Straightforward from start to finish — nothing to install, nothing to figure out.
Everything happens over Google Meet. I send you a link, you click it at the appointed time, and that’s it — nothing to download, nothing to set up, no account needed.
Every session is 90 minutes: 60 minutes of hypnosis and 30 minutes to talk through what’s changed and what’s next. We start with the conversation, then when you’re ready you get comfortable — most people sit back in a chair, some lie down — and I talk you into hypnosis exactly as I would in the room.
We talk about how it went, what came up, and what to expect over the following days. Then you’re already home — no drive back while the session is still settling. A lot of clients find that part genuinely useful.
You’ll want a room where you won’t be interrupted for the full 90 minutes, a decent internet connection, and headphones if you have them — headphones make a noticeable difference, because my voice ends up closer and the room around you falls away faster.
This is the question almost everyone asks, and it deserves a straight answer.
Hypnosis isn’t something I do to you. There’s no gadget, nothing physical, nothing that depends on us sharing a room. It’s a state you go into yourself, guided by a voice — and a voice travels perfectly well down a video call. That’s why the work carries over so cleanly.
What you do lose online is a little of the incidental. I read faces and posture slightly less easily through a screen than across a room, so I ask a bit more and check in a bit more often. In practice that’s the whole difference.
If you’d rather start in person and move online later, or do a mix, that’s entirely fine. Plenty of people do.
“What you gain is that you go into hypnosis in your own space, in your own chair, and then afterwards you’re already home. No drive back while the session is still settling.”
Everything I work with in the practice, I work with online.

ExploreNot sure which of these fits? That’s what the consultation is for.
The same support and structure as an in-person package — nothing is reduced for being online.
A full consultation before any therapy begins — so the work is built around you rather than a template.
90-minute sessions — 60 minutes of hypnosis, 30 minutes to talk it through. Nothing is rushed.
A recording of your session to use between appointments.
A Client Support Guide for each session on the packages.
Contact between sessions — I check in on what’s working, what isn’t and what’s come up, so nothing waits until the next appointment.
Flexible availability — Monday to Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–5pm, and weekend mornings.
Everything begins with a consultation. That’s a conversation about what’s actually going on, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be different — and it’s what decides the plan, the number of sessions and the shape of the work. Nothing is asked of you beyond talking about where things are now.
There are two ways in, and neither commits you to anything.
If you’d rather ask questions before booking anything, ring or message and we’ll talk it through. No charge, no pressure.
If you already know you want to begin, book the consultation and we’ll start properly.
Appointments run Monday to Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–5pm, and weekend mornings — which usually covers most shift patterns and working days.
Online sessions are priced exactly the same as in-person sessions. Full details are on the prices page.
